Article I: Intellectual Property
All methodological frameworks, curriculum designs, textual materials, branding assets, and overall site architecture ("The Content") presented within The Cultivated Voice System are the sole, exclusive intellectual property of the senior faculty (Zach de Beer and Andre de Beer).
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of this methodology for commercial use or secondary instruction is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under international copyright law.
Article II: User Conduct
Interaction with the faculty via the Inquiry Office and any subsequent instructional engagements are predicated on professional decorum. Users are expressly prohibited from utilizing the consultation portals for unsolicited marketing, abusive communication, or any conduct that fundamentally violates the operational integrity of this institution.
The Cultivated Voice System reserves the absolute right to terminate ongoing consultations, revoke access, and decline service to any individual or entity failing to adhere to this standard of professional conduct.
Article III: Disclaimers
The Cultivated Voice System provides advanced linguistic and conditioning. However, educational outcomes are fundamentally subjective and dependent upon the individual candidate's baseline aptitude and dedication to the rigorous implementation of the prescribed structural exercises.
We provide no legal guarantees regarding explicit band score achievements (e.g., IELTS) or specific professional advancements resulting from this training. All testimonials reflect past performances and individual experiences rather than guaranteed future outcomes.
Article IV: Governing Law
These Terms of Service, along with any subsequent professional engagements or disputes arising from the use of The Cultivated Voice System, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
By accessing this platform and utilizing our services, you formally consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts to resolve any claims or disputes.
